How to Use Truecrypt Software?

Step 1: - Run the Truecrypt Software.

Step 2: - Hit the Create New Volume Button for create a Encrypted Space.

Step 3: - Then Truecrypt Volume Creation Wizard will open. Select Create an encrypted file container. Then Hit Next Button.

Step 4: -   Select Standard Truecrypt Volume. Then Hit Next Button.

Step 5: - Choose the location in your hard drive in which you want to create a Truecrypt file using Select File Button. Choose your Partition and provide the file name and hit Save Button.

Step 6: - Hit Next Button.

Step 7: - Choose the Encryption Algorithm. and Hit Next Button (Twofish is Most secure and usefull Encrypted Algorithm).

Step 8: - Fill the space which you want to Encrypt like 1 GB , 120 MB, etc. Then Hit Next Button.

Step 9: - Choose your password for Encrypted Space. (The password is not recoverable or breakable so remember your password). Hit Next Button.

Step 10: - Then it will show you a Message Box for inserting your password more secure. Hit Yes Button.

Step 11: - Now Hit the Format Button to start the formatting and Encrypt the space.

When the formatting or Encryption is complete then you found a file with unknown file format. Which is your Encrypted Truecrypt Space.

How to Mount your Truecrypt Volume ?

Step 1: - Open your Truecrypt Software.

Step 2: - Click Select File Button.

Step 3: - Now Select your truecrypt file.

Step 4: - Choose any drive in which you want to Mount.

Step 5: - Now Hit Mount Button.

Step 6: - Enter your Password and Hit OK Button.

After Password Authorization you found that you have a extra drive in your My Computer.

Note: - After using your Encrypted Drive, Unmounted it from Truecrypt software.
